Horizontal flag, of proportions two in height by three in length, divided vertically into two parts, the first, white, on the mast, with a width of 1/4 of the length of the cloth, with the black castle, with white doors and windows of the shield, height 3/8 of that of the cloth and width 5/24 of the length of the same cloth, in the center; and the second one, in flight, 3/4 of the length of the cloth, quartered in a blade, with the upper and lower yellow triangles, each with four red sticks, and with the triangles on the sides of light blue color, with a triangular pattern of yellow lily flowers, 1/12 the height of the cloth, and each of the triangles with a modern red lambel, 1/5 of the width of the cloth and 1/20 of the height that of the cloth, superimposed on the seed and located at 10/27 of the upper edge, the first at 5/16 of the edge of the pole and the second at 1/15 of the edge of the flight
