Shipping
All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 48 to 72 business hours, except in the event of stock shortages, provided that the purchase is made before 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed from the next business day.
Once the order has been dispatched, the usual delivery time is 24 business hours within mainland Spain, except for certain municipalities or destinations requiring additional mileage.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as delays by the transport company.
Returns
Standard products have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that they have not been personalised and the legally established conditions are met.
Products manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
For these products, returns, changes of size, or cancellations due to customer error or a change of mind will not be accepted once the manufacturing process has started.
This condition does not apply in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in the order attributable to our company.
Direct return shipping costs for standard products will be borne by the customer, except where these costs must be assumed by our company.
